As we are not made of iron and following a regimented diet every single day is sometimes very difficult, we thought of a recipe to shake the day of our dear old pets. Homemade old dog food is a success, super attractive to dogs and also very nutritious.

Baby food recipe for an elderly dog

Tip: Chicken kids are great options for nutritious and financially more attractive foods for parents of pets, however, as they are high in calories, they should be offered in moderation, especially for dogs that are not physically active.

 

Ingredients:

300g of clean, skinless chicken giblets (heart, liver and neck)

1 carrot

½ bunch of spinach

½ bunch of broccoli

1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation

In a pan, place the chicken giblets, cover with water and bring to the fire. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes.

In a second pan, place the vegetables and cook until soft.

After the cooking time, with the help of a blender, blend all the ingredients in the recipe. In this step, you can use the giblets cooking broth to set the baby food point. If you want more broth, add a little more broth.

Add a pinch of salt.

Once beaten, the baby food is ready to be served.

It can be fractionated and frozen for up to a week!
