Dog Bacon Ice Cream Recipe

 

On warmer days, a soft drink is always a good idea. With that in mind, we've separated a bacon ice cream recipe to refresh your dogs on hot days. This recipe features bacon, a food loved by many pets, but which can be harmful if consumed in excess.

 

Remember: this snack should be offered in moderation and preferably in a place where it can make a mess, after all, it's not fun to eat ice cream without getting smeared!

Ingredients

2 strips of bacon

1 cup of apple puree (4 apples)

300 ml of water

Shape for ice cream or stuffed toys

Note: This recipe yields an average of 4 popsicles of 120 mL each.

 

Method of preparation

Bake the bacon slices in the oven until crispy. Cut into small pieces and set aside

To make applesauce, remove the skin, seeds and kernels. Place in small pieces in a pot with a little water to cook. When it is soft, remove excess water, wait for it to cool and blend in a blender

In a container, mix chopped bacon and applesauce with water.

Put the mixture in the molds

Let it refrigerate for at least a day, then just serve!
